"Styles felt a bit behind"
I was hoping to find some more modern-looking jackets, but the ones I saw felt old-fashioned to me. Maybe it was just the selection that day, but it made me feel like their styles in general might not be for me. Nothing was awful, I just had a hard time finding one I actually liked

"Ordering was fine, but it could be smoother"
I ordered a jacket from leathernewyork.com and overall it went okay. The site mostly worked like it should, but the checkout was a little slow and I had to refresh the page once, which isn’t ideal when you’re trying to place an order. The confirmation email did come through, just not right away. Nothing major went wrong, but in a common-sense way, the ordering process could be a bit quicker and clearer so customers feel more confident while checking out.

I ordered my usual size, though I had that little nervous feeling because I’ve definitely had stuff show up too small before. But this one fit pretty much perfectly right out of the package. The sleeves and shoulders sat right where they should, which felt like such a relief. It reminded me how nice it is when you don’t have to deal with returns or exchanges after getting excited for something to arrive. Easy 5 stars from me

"Nice leather and feels sturdy"
The leather feels really good, soft to the touch but still solid and durable. I thought it might have a little more shine to it, but that’s not a big deal at all. Overall, I’m happy with it, and it seems like it’ll hold up well over time

"Quality leatherwork with a small flaw"
I’m happy with this overall. The leather work feels solid, and the stitching is clean and nicely done. I did notice one small loose thread, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Personally, I’d say it’s a good buy and I’m glad I got it.

"I ordered a jacket and realized..."
I ordered a jacket and realized quickly I’d picked the wrong size. I was a little nervous about dealing with an exchange, but it ended up being really simple. Customer support got back to me fast and walked me through what I needed to do. A few days later, the new size arrived and it fits so much better. I felt really relieved and happy with how easy the whole thing turned out
